OUR PROCESS

Over the years we have created and implemented a system that enables our projects to run as smoothly as possible eliminating stress for our clients. Our extensive in house developed checklist is used on a daily basis ensuring our projects run on time and eliminate the usual issues associated with the renovation process. On the odd occasion even we are face with hiccups, these are dealt with immediately, without impacting on your job.

HOME VISIT

We will call you on the day of the appointment to confirm. Adrian will come to your place (on time) and speak to you about your requirements, give Show Moreyou advice on the best colours, design and layout. He will also take plenty of notes and measurements. Show Less

Choose Your Inclusions

When convenient, visit our selection centre. Based on what you wish to achieve with your renovation, Adrian will help you make the correct Show Moredecisions when selecting your inclusions and colours. Here you can relax, have a coffee and take your time and be inspired by more pictures of our previous work. Show Less

Quote

We will aim to complete your quote in 48 hours. Along with your quote, we will also provide a comprehensive description of what is involved in Show More your renovation, outlining in great detail all the works to be undertaken. This way we are on the same page and avoids possible confusion during the construction phase Show Less

SIGN CONTRACT

We catch up again to sign a HIA contract. In the contract we will have the starting and finishing dates of your project with client compensation Show Moreif we don’t finish by the date. We then proceed to order all of your goods, as they arrive from our suppliers they are checked and stored in our warehouse in your allocated bay. When needed they are delivered to your home. YOUR RENOVATION BEGINS

A week before you renovation begins Adrian will come over again to do a “check measure” Basically this is to confirm the specifics from the Show Moreprevious meeting. Things such as the layout and finer details like what height you would like the shaving cabinet? Where you would like your recess box positioned in the shower? where you want your towel rail positioned? Where you want the downlights located? Where is the skip bin going? You renovation will normally begin on a Monday. Adrian will arrive with our subcontractors, and introduce you to them. He will bring an updated description of works as well as a plan of your layout that will remain on site for the duration of the works. At particular stages we will perform our quality control checks and you will be updated on a daily basis on the progress until the end of your bathroom renovation. Show Less
